As discussed, the wall is to be moved to the reception after the ceremony (while guests are at canapes) to be used as a background for the photobooth. The photo booth is arriving at 8:15pm 

  • Set Up Date and Time: Sat 19 October 2019. 13:30 The ceremony begins at 3pm (however guests will obviously arrive earlier). Perhaps set-up can take place at 9am to be safe and sorted?

  • Collection Time: Sunday 9:00
  • Will the flower wall be used inside or outside? The flower wall will be inside at both the canapes and the reception area.
  • Do we need an access code or pass to enter ? - As far as i am aware, the security guard will scan the license disc and drivers license to gain access but they are aware multiple suppliers will be in and out on the day. The driver would just have to mention for which wedding it is - Van Vreden/Sarah & Mel.
